30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return unused items in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip. Coffee is roasted to order and perishable. Unless a mistake is made on our end, coffee is NOT eligible for a return or exchange. Please check your order confirmation email to verify your order is correct prior to shipment. If your coffee was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@koffeekult.com and we will assist further.
Coffee purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from.

Returns
Please note we do not supply return labels. Here’s what you have to do:
- Request a Return Authorization by emailing customerservice@
koffeekult.com and sending your name and order number. We will then authorize your return. Your return authorization number (RMA) is your order number. - Properly Package in the Original packaging for return.
- Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization # obtained from Koffee Kult.
- Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, USPS or UPS) to:

Refunds
Your Refund will be Issued within 1 business day of receipt.
Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
Returning from a Retailer or GPC Dealer
If you bought a Koffee Kult product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
