It is a blend of our Dark Roast and Medium Roast coffees, a fascinating combination that makes for a unique cup of joe. Dark Roast coffee beans contribute bold flavors, often characterized by chocolate, caramel and cinnamon. Medium Roast, meanwhile, preserve more of the coffee's natural acidity and nuanced fruity, floral tones for a balanced brightness. 

By uniting these two roasts, you get a harmonious fusion of richness and complexity, striking a sweet spot that highlights both depth and vibrancy. The robust quality of a dark roast paired with the rounded, balanced profile of a medium roast renders a coffee that's surprisingly more synergistic than you might expect. Both Dark Roast and Medium Roast feature coffee beans from Colombia and Brazil, with Dark Roast also highlight coffee from Guatemala and Sumatra. On their own, they each solicit notes of chocolate, toasted almonds and a smooth mouthfeel. However; Medium Roast—as you might imagine—is more balanced in its body and acidity. The result of blending them together is a bold, smooth coffee that has a heavy body, but a balanced acidity.
